For two weeks now, He Fei has been unsuccessfully searching for his wife, who disappeared on the Thai island where they came for their wedding anniversary. Suddenly a woman appears, claiming that she is He Fei’s wife and, offended, spent two weeks on a neighboring island. The man is trying to prove to the police that she is an impostor, but all her documents are in perfect order, and there are even witnesses confirming her identity. And when it turns out that He Fei, a former professional diver, has a neurological disease for which he takes strong medications, the police refuse to open a case against him regarding the disappearance of his wife. Soon the man's visa expires, and in desperation he turns to a famous lawyer who has not lost a single case for help.

An unexpectedly good film from China with an interesting plot and very sharp plot twists.
